Here's Joseph after church on Sunday with his new church clothes on. I bought him this little white shortie outfit after he outgrew his other church clothes, and when I brought it home Drew's face undoubtedly showed concern . . . "It looks like a white lacy dress." After putting it on, he agreed he looked like a precious little angel. Only a few more months I can dress him up like this, so I'm taking full advantage! I readily admit that once he starts walking white dress-looking outfits are a no. We had a really fun weekend on the go. Friday and Saturday we spent with Grandma and Grandaddy in Greensboro. We did tons of shopping and Joseph hung in there like a trooper. He got a little upset in the womens' underwear section at Belks, but got over it when we played with "the little boy" (his reflection in the dressing room mirror). I did what I've needed to do, but have been putting off...bought LOTS of clothes. I feel like there's a monkey off my back. I've had major wardrobe issues since I haven't bought clothes in 3 years or more and the old stuff just doesn't fit like it used to for obvious reasons. It felt good to have something to wear to church yesterday and to work this morning. Sunday Joseph played in the ball pit at church and apparently had the most fun of his life. Joseph and I went to Wal-Mart after church, were he had the second most fun time of his life. He got to sit up and ride in the cart for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed himself. Luckily, I didn't run into any clients, as is customary at Wal-Mart. (I generally wear a hat). Anyway, Joseph would like me to write that he wants a ball pit for his birthday.
